The C-600 Rice Whiteness Tester is designed to measure the whiteness of rice using light reflectance. Rice whiteness is closely related to the degree of milling, allowing the instrument to be used to indirectly evaluate the milling percentage of rice samples.

The C-600 is suitable for measuring polished rice, brown rice, and pre-washed rice, including both glutinous and non-glutinous rice. It features quick measurement, a fixed-quantity sample shooter for consistent sample amounts, and easy sensitivity adjustment for reliable measurements.
